In leading the Learning Technology team, I guided the development of an innovative cybersecurity course tailored for business leaders. Our approach integrated custom CSS to enhance content presentation, significantly improving learner comprehension. We also leveraged H5P technology to create immersive case studies with interactive avatars, complemented by self-assessment tools. This design not only elevated the learning experience but also ensured the complex subject matter was both accessible and engaging for our executive audience.
Our learning technology team collaborated closely with learning architects, subject matter experts, and graphic designers to create a suite of four cutting-edge professional development courses for educators. These courses included custom graphics designed to enhance learning. We integrated multiple opportunities for peer interaction and instructor engagement, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Further, we incorporated various LTI applications into the course design, ensuring a dynamic learning experience.

In collaboration with a major university, my team developed a high quality template for their newly acquired LMS. I helped guide the administration through critical decisions regarding course navigation and the selection of technology tools. The integration of interactive platforms such as VoiceThread and Hypothesis provided opportunities for engagement and peer-to-peer interaction. This approach not only streamlined the university’s transition to the new LMS but also elevated the overall quality of their online learning environment.
