About My Leadership Experience
As Learning Technologies Coordinator and then Learning Technology Manager, I had the opportunity to lead a team of Learning Technologists as we worked collaboratively with other teams to deliver online courses and other assets to partners. I was charged with staffing projects appropriately, providing realistic timeline estimates to leaders, tracking development progress, training and supporting team members, and communicating progress to internal teams and external partners.
Each project had it own requirements and challenges. Therefore, I have experience with multiple project management methodologies including: waterfall, agile, and scrum. I have worked on projects with and without a project manager, so I have developed my own skills along the way.
A snapshot into some of my approaches:
Processes & Handoffs
In this example, I outlined a complex process in this Miro board. Each color represents a different team or individual that would be involved. My team could refer to this throughout to development to help the track progress and handoffs.

Training & Support
Working remotely and with individuals in different time zones, I have found that screencasts and screenshots are an amazing way to communicate clearly and concisely. This is an example of a video channel that I created for a specific project. As questions arose, we would add content to this channel to support designers.
