My team had the opportunity to work with partner who was launching a new Online program on an LMS that they were unfamiliar with. This was an extremely large project. Successful launch of the first round of courses was imperative for future funding and support.
- Teams involved: Learning Architects, Learning Technologists, Video Production, Graphic Design Team, Quality Review Team
Key accomplishments of my team include:
- Delivery of all courses before the deadline.
- Uploading of all video content including captions and transcripts.
- Close collaboration with University IT and Instructional Design team to train them on technology integrations and course setup.
- Just in time troubleshooting while the first round of courses ran.
The screenshots below provide more detail about some of my contributions to delivering a series of highly customized, interactive courses to the partner. *Some content may have been redacted to protect the privacy and intellectual property of this partner.
Clean, Effective Course Template
I worked with university leaders and internal design teams to develop and structured LMS template that provided students with the information that they needed and was easy to navigate.
My team used CSS and HTML to customize the content pages. There were several iterations before the final version was agreed upon!

Visual Table of Contents
My team recommended Brightspace’s Visual Table of Contents feature to university leaders. The benefits of this navigation feature that allowed custom images for each module was well worth the additional cost!
In order to select the images for each module, the SME completed a form that outlined key words and ideas for each module. The graphic design team then selected appropriate images and sent them to my team for upload.
